I will reply to you within 2-3 days.I have the right to decline a commission offer.If I do not receive a response from you within 7 days of my inquiry, I will temporarily stop working.Prices are subject to increase in the future.I. ORDERING & PAYMENTS
1 slot/commissioner equals to 1 art piece.I will begin working on the piece once full payment is received.II. USAGE RIGHTS
The commissioned artwork is for personal use only by default. You are not permitted to use the artwork for commercial purposes (e.g., monetization, selling the artwork, creating merchandise, etc.) without obtaining explicit permission from me, the artist by paying the extra cost/s.Modification of illustrations without my permission is not permitted, ask permission first.III. ARTIST'S RIGHTS
I retain the right to post the completed artwork on my social media platforms, website, and portfolio.
The artwork will include a watermark with my username and the word "Commission."
I may also use the artwork for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.IV. CLIENT REPONSIBILITIES
You must credit me when sharing the artwork on social media or other platforms by tagging my username (the watermark would work too).V. PROCESS & REVISIONS
I will begin working on the commission once the full payment has been received.After checking the references provided by the client, I shall begin working on the rough sketchI include 2 minor revisions in the price of the commission. Any additional revisions will incur a fee of $7 per revision.VI.DEADLINES & DELIVERY
Illustrations are usually delivered within 2-6 weeks after the drawing begins. However, complex designs may take longer.Please be sure to let me know if you have a desired delivery date.Rushed/Priority commissions (delivered by 1-2 weeks) have an extra cost of 50% of the overall price.The finished commission will be obtainable (PNG/s) from the provided google link I shall send.VII. DISUPUTES & REFUNDS
Refunds are unavailable once I start working on the rough sketch of your commission.If I must cancel the commission for any reason, you will receive a 50% refund if not finished or 100% if not started.If there is a dispute regarding the commission, I am open to discussing and resolving the issue.VIII. CONFIDENTIALITY
If you request confidentiality (e.g., a surprise gift), I will not share the artwork publicly until you permit me.IX. COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP
I retain the copyright to the commissioned artwork, which allows me to use it for promotional purposes, including posting on my social media and portfolio.If I have have plans to make the commissioned piece for merchandise purposes, I shall first ask the client for permission along with a 15% discount .By commissioning artwork, you are granted a license to use the artwork for personal purposes only. You are prohibited from reproducing or using the artwork for commercial purposes unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.X. AI, NFTs, & CRYPTOCURRENCY USAGE
It is strictly prohibited to use my artwork for cryptocurrency-related purposes, including NFTs (non-fungible tokens), blockchain-based assets, or training/generating AI models.XI. COMMUNICATION
